Challenge: 3M is a company with over 90,000 jobs across many industries. How could we make this giant company feel personal and accessible - all while capturing attention on social media.
Solution: Hand the mic to a range of scientists, marketers, programmers at different stages in their careers and let them tell us, in their own words, how they got to the job they have. Special attention paid to non-linear career paths. Then, we used emojis to animate the videos - applying a social media friendly lens to the usual (read: boring) talking head videos.
